Our Art and Retreat Centre is all about spirituality and creativity.
We are located in the tranquil village of Sao Bernadino on the Portuguese Silver Coast, just one hour north of Lisbon. We have accommodation for 12 guests in double rooms. We have a yoga, art, and activity room, we are building our music and photo studios. All this is located on a 7000m2 farm with a sea view.
We run our own practices, and retreats and you can also rent our premises for your activities and retreats.

Our Retreat Centre is freshly renovated internally and comfortably and stylishly furnished. There is a large common space that also doubles as the yoga Shala, a large kitchen/dining room, Khana, which is fully equipped and has a large communal dining table and we have a yoga, art, and activity room. To sleep we have 6 guest double rooms, 4 with en-suite bathrooms, and two rooms with shared bath.

The room is located on the ground floor with sea view and the garden is accessible directly from your private terrace. Two single beds that can be put together and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The room is located on the ground floor with direct garden access from your private terrace. Two single beds that can be put together and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Room 3 top floor with seaview, balcony, a working desk and en-suite bathroom
This room is the largest of our rooms and is located on the second floor with unobstructed sea is visible through your window and from your balcony. Two single beds that can be put together and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Possibility to ad an extra bed to accomodate a third person.
Room 4, sea view, balcony and en-suite bathroom
The room is located on the second floor with unobstructed sea view from your windows and from your balcony. Two single beds that can be put together and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Error get alias
Included in the price is accommodation in shared double rooms with a private bathroom in the room, 3 vegetarian meals a day (except dinner on the first day), all practices within the program and organisational expenses.
The price does not include: transfer to/from the retreat center, dinner in a restaurant on the first day, additional practices/procedures not included in the program. By request we can arrange a massage (relaxing, Thai, osteopathic) for an additional fee.

During the retreat, we will turn off all phones and hand them over
Even better! Less expectations - more pleasant surprises! Our program is designed for any level of training, even for beginners.
It is possible and even necessary! We always welcome working in pairs with our partners. Where else, if not here, can you answer your questions?
At the retreat, we have both Russian and English facilitation. On site we also speak Portuguese and Swedish.
If you come with your own car we have secure parking on the territory.
You can also reach us public bus from Lisbon, Torres Vedras and Caldas da Rainha. The nearest bus stop is in Geraldes about 700m from the Retreat Centre.
During the retreat we provide 3 nutritiously balanced meals a day. It will be very tasty, authentic and satisfying :)
Feel safe and book and pay your retreat place. We have a very liberal refund policy and refund 100% if you cancel earlier than 14 days from start date and 50% if you cancel earlier than 7 days.

A music studio where we support you in recording your songs and also help tp publish. Also a space for jamming and just having fun with instruments.
