A silent retreat can be particularly beneficial for anyone looking to do a digital detox, clear their thoughts, calm their mind, or slow down. It will help bring balance to life, whether it's achieving a better work-life balance or harmonizing the inner and outer worlds. For those with fatigue, this retreat can be especially useful, as it can provide the necessary rest and recovery needed to break the cycle of tiredness and poor sleep, ultimately leading to a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

Satsangs are conversations about the most important things in the search for truth. In the process of satsang, perceptions and principles change, the mind is rebuilt and can overcome internal limitations, we are freed from the confusion of thoughts
Meditations with masters
Finding inner silence, calmness, getting rid of unnecessary things - this requires meditation. Get to know yourself and the world more broadly. In the presence of experienced masters, this is much easier to do
Body therapy practices
At the retreat there will be many practices from bodily psychotherapy. It will help you relax, get rid of tensions and feel contact with your body. We will learn to understand our body, listen to its cues when making important decisions, and understand its reactions to our thoughts
Sound baths
The practice of becoming lost and immersed in the sounds of vibration to bring about gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes in the body. This is a great way to achieve a meditative state, relax the nervous system and find inner peace
Who facilitates?
Our community consists of a large number of masters from different countries, teachings and practices. In our retreats we collect the most effective tools for self-knowledge and spiritual and physical development. Katya Antoni, Daria Izvekova, Patrick Antoni and invited guests will be with you at this Silent Retreat.

    Leela Game Facilitator
    Organizer of surf camps, retreats and trips around the world. She has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, as well as mindfulness practices and psychology. Professional dancer, facilitator of ecstatic (intuitive) dance practice and dynamic meditations.
    Facilitator of the transformational game of self-knowledge “Leela”, certified and accredited graduate of the third stage of the OMKARA school.

Aleka Semenova

Aleka Semenova is a devoted practitioner of Theta Healing and Art&Sound Healing. She is a certified body healer and an accredited counseling psychologist with a higher education degree. As an international instructor and practitioner of the Theta Healing method, Aleka works with the subconscious mind and body, using powerful tools such as Theta Healing, somatosensory therapy, trance therapy, trauma release, and water therapy to help people heal on a deep and profound level.

  • Intention-setting with a calming tea ceremony
  • Metaphorical cards reading and connecting meditation (heart-opening and body-centered) led by Aleka and Katya

2th of November
Morning: Body & Energy Practices
07:15 - 08:00 ThetaHealing meditation.
08:10 - 09:10 Morning yoga and breathwork with Katya.
09:15 - 10:00 Qigong with Lilia (includes a brief explanation and purpose of Qigong).
  • Massage sessions with Lilia throughout the day (payed separately)
10:30 - 11:30 Breakfast.

Midday: Mindfulness & Journaling
11:30 - 13:00 Free time for rest, reflection, and journaling.
13:00 - 14:00 Energetic Boundaries Practice with Aleka, including a Q&A.

Afternoon: Deepening Connection
15:00 - 16:30 Breathwork and sensory dance therapy with Aleka by the ocean (depend on weather).
17:00 - 18:30 Gentle evening yoga with Katya to unwind .

Evening: Reflective and Creative Practices
20:00 - 21:00 Fairy tale therapy session. (Create a collective story based on retreat intentions, led by Aleka and Katya).
21:00 Trataka meditation (focused gazing) for relaxation before sleep by Katya.

3th of November
Morning: Clarity and Integration
07:30 - 08:30 Morning Qigong with Lilia, connecting to nature on the grass.
08:35 - 09:00 “Tunnel of Desires” meditation, followed by journaling for goal setting and personal reflections.
09:30 - 10:30 Grounding yoga session with Katya for integration and clarity.
10:30 - 11:30 Breakfast.

Late Morning: Aromatherapy and Reflection
11:30 - 13:00 Aromatherapy workshop and meditation with Aleka. (Learn about essential oils for mental clarity, grounding, and relaxation, followed by an ocean drum meditation).

Early Afternoon: Heart and Creative Expression
13:00 - 14:00 Smudging Ceremony led by Katya. (A cleansing ritual for releasing and closing, paired with intention setting for life after the retreat)
14:00 - 15:00 Cacao Ceremony with Katya.
  • A final heart-opening experience, followed by group storytelling of fairy tales created earlier in the retreat.

Closing Circle and Farewell
15:00 - 16:00 Final Circle (Group sharing, reflections on experiences, feedback, and the return of phones. Closing words from the facilitators and farewell).
Where will we live
Ppl Ocean Art and Retreat Centre is located in the picturesque Portuguese village of São Bernardino, and is a short walk from the beach. Within 10 minutes reaching also Peniche and Baleal, world famous for beaches, surfing and delicious seafood.

The rooms are well equipped double rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

We have secured parking at the Retreat Centre.

For those who want an even greater connection with nature, there is the option of staying in tents. For details, contact the organizer, we will recalculate your payment and help you rent a tent if necessary.

Included in the price is accommodation in shared double rooms with a private bathroom in the room, 3 vegetarian meals a day (except dinner on the first day), all practices within the program and organisational expenses.
The price does not include: transfer to/from the retreat center, dinner in a restaurant on the first day, additional practices/procedures not included in the program. By request we can arrange a massage (relaxing, Thai, osteopathic) for an additional fee.

I didn’t fully understand when I went to the retreat what exactly I wanted to find and realize for myself. For me, it was more of a trial, a search for something, and at some point, I found answers for myself. I was afraid that I might just waste my time, but that definitely didn’t happen. What happened over these days has never happened to me before, not even close. I wish the retreat lasted longer because it wasn’t enough for me.

People who come here can find or regain themselves, feel that what is most valuable in them is embedded and make it a part of themselves. I feel very good, in true inner silence. I don’t want to leave because I felt very comfortable; the vegetarian cuisine was excellent, and the program was thoughtful and sensory. I realized a lot, felt nature, the breeze, the sound of water, and I started writing poetry again. Silence is a support for life for me; you just have to step into it to understand what this feeling provides.

I feel amazing, but it was difficult at first; I wanted to talk, but then something switched, and a deep silence settled within me. On the fourth day of the retreat, I experienced a sense of harmony with myself. The space we lived in was simply magnificent: wrapped in love, warmth, and care for each individual. I will wish all my acquaintances to go through this retreat; it will help you connect with yourself.

I rested. For the first time in a long while, I was able to sleep without looking at my phone. I fell asleep very early compared to my usual life.
