10:00 — Breathwork with Luka
This morning session combines elements of Hatha and Sivananda yoga, helping you stretch, center, and awaken gently. Move with your breath, feel your body’s rhythms, and open space for awareness to grow.
Suggested setting: A quiet room, a yoga mat, and soft natural light.
Luka guides you through pranayama—ancient breath control practices that calm the nervous system, sharpen the mind, and restore energetic balance. With a background in both medicine and yoga, Luka blends science with spirit to help you ground fully in the present moment.
Before eating, prepare your space. Eat in silence. Use simple, warm foods like porridge, fruit, herbal teas, or steamed grains and vegetables.
This is not just a meal — it’s a meditation.
