Meal is served 2 times a day to keep you light for practices. You will alway have tea nuts and fruits available. We don’t recommend coffee or sweets.

With nine years of experience in yoga, Luka now passionately shares his knowledge of physical exercises, Pranayama, meditation, and Kriya, helping others achieve inner peace and holistic well-being. Through this journey from the medical field to spiritual practice, Luka combines scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom to guide students towards a balanced and harmonious life.

Where will we live
Ppl Ocean Art and Retreat Centre is located in the picturesque Portuguese village of São Bernardino, and is a short walk from the beach. Within 10 minutes reaching also Peniche and Baleal, world famous for beaches, surfing and delicious seafood.
The rooms are well equipped double rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
We have secured parking at the Retreat Centre.
For those who want an even greater connection with nature, there is the option of staying in tents. For details, contact the organizer, we will recalculate your payment and help you rent a tent if necessary.

The price includes accommodation in shared double rooms with private bathrooms, 3 vegetarian meals a day, all creative and mindfulness practices within the program, and organizational expenses. The price does not include transfers to/from the retreat center or additional sessions not included in the program. Upon request, we can arrange massages (relaxing, Thai, or osteopathic) or Private Numerology sessions.

The retreat facilitation is offered in both English and Russian. Additionally, our team can communicate in Portuguese and Swedish.
Yes, we have secure parking available for guests who wish to arrive by car.
The retreat center is accessible by public bus from Lisbon, Torres Vedras, and Caldas da Rainha. The nearest bus stop is in Geraldes, just 700 meters from the center.
Not at all! We provide three delicious and balanced vegetarian meals a day that are both nourishing and satisfying.
Yes, we have a flexible refund policy. If you cancel more than 14 days before the retreat starts, you’ll receive a 100% refund. For cancellations made 7–14 days prior to the start date, we refund 50%.
Feel safe and book and pay your retreat place. We have a very liberal refund policy and refund 100% if you cancel earlier than 14 days from start date and 50% if you cancel earlier than 7 days.
