Who facilitates?
Our community consists of a large number of masters from different countries, teachings and practices. In our retreats we collect the most effective tools for self-knowledge and spiritual and physical development. Katya Antoni, Daria Izvekova, Patrick Antoni and invited guests will be with you at this Silent Retreat.

She facilitates sound meditation sessions that help harmonize the body and mind, relieve stress and improve overall well-being. Where will we live
Ppl Ocean Art and Retreat Centre is located in the picturesque Portuguese village of São Bernardino, and is a short walk from the beach. Within 10 minutes reaching also Peniche and Baleal, world famous for beaches, surfing and delicious seafood.

The rooms are well equipped double rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

We have secured parking at the Retreat Centre.
Room 1 bottom floor, with terrace, sea view and en-suite bathroom.
The room is located on the ground floor with sea view and the garden is accessible directly from your private terrace. Two single beds that can be put together and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

This room is the largest of our rooms and is located on the second floor with unobstructed sea is visible through your window and from your balcony. Two single beds that can be put together and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Possibility to ad an extra bed to accomodate a third person.

The price includes accommodation in shared double rooms with private bathrooms, 3 vegetarian meals a day, all creative and mindfulness practices within the program, and organizational expenses. The price does not include transfers to/from the retreat center or additional sessions not included in the program. Upon request, we can arrange massages (relaxing, Thai, or osteopathic) or Private Numerology sessions.
