Ppl Ocean Art and Retreat Centre is located in the picturesque Portuguese village of São Bernardino, and is a short walk from the beach. Within 10 minutes reaching also Peniche and Baleal, world famous for beaches, surfing and delicious seafood.
The house is located on a farm with a large organic pool. It's well renovated with spacious areas with 6 well equipped bedrooms; 4 are double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 rooms share bathroom. On the ground floor is a large activity room for practises, art, photography and music.
We have secured parking at the Retreat Centre.

Terms of Use
1. Partial Payment
The Voucher may be used to pay for any retreat organized by the Organizer. As the cost of all retreats exceeds 500 euros, the Voucher covers only a portion of the total amount. The remaining balance of the retreat cost must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. One Voucher per Booking
Vouchers cannot be combined. Only one Voucher may be used per retreat booking, with the maximum discount provided by the Voucher being 500 euros.
3. Cancellation or Postponement of a Retreat
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone a retreat in the event of insufficient registrations. If the Voucher was used for a booking in such a case, it will be reinstated for future use.
4. Voucher Validity Period
The Voucher is valid until December 31, 2025. After this date, the Voucher will expire and cannot be used.
5. Non-Transferability
The Voucher is personal and may not be transferred to third parties. It can only be used by the individual to whom it was issued.
6. Acceptance of Rules
Use of the Voucher constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.

In a few words: I’m completely delighted and amazed. Now, let me elaborate.
I thought staying silent would be unbearably hard, but it turned out to be the easiest and most pleasant part. The environment around you is designed to make this experience as comfortable as possible. The program is structured to shift all your attention to your body, which brings an incredible sense of mental relaxation. The practices are very diverse, all aimed at deepening the connection with your body. I felt like I spent all five days either floating in endorphins or sleeping—it was that calming and peaceful.
I learned so much about myself, about how I perceive the world and my place in it. A silent retreat feels like a spa for both the soul and body. I definitely want to make this a regular practice and will surely return.

I didn’t have any specific expectations or requests—I just wanted to try being in silence with myself and my thoughts. It turns out staying silent for a few days isn’t that hard, but keeping your mind from wandering—from memories to future plans—is the real challenge.
Afterward, I felt a clarity in my mind, as though it had been cleansed. I felt refreshed, rested, and free. A huge thank you to the retreat team for the excellent level of organization, support, and care.

Thank you to everyone—I’m grateful to all of you because I truly experienced the full spectrum of emotions, from soaring to the heavens to sinking into the depths of my inner state.
I was in a very tangled place before the retreat, and I really needed to sort things out within myself. Now, I’m leaving the retreat with important insights. I’ve spent so much time searching for myself—different teachers, gurus, trainings, and trips. But it was during this retreat that I realized all the answers are already here—they’re within us.

During one of the practices, with my eyes blindfolded, I became aware of how many sounds surround us. Now, I see our ability to see, hear, and speak in a completely different light. I used to take it all for granted.
After the retreat, I became acutely aware of how much time my phone takes from me, and I feel the need to share this realization with others.

I didn’t fully understand when I went to the retreat what exactly I wanted to find and realize for myself. For me, it was more of a trial, a search for something, and at some point, I found answers for myself. I was afraid that I might just waste my time, but that definitely didn’t happen. What happened over these days has never happened to me before, not even close. I wish the retreat lasted longer because it wasn’t enough for me.

I feel very good, in true inner silence. I don’t want to leave because I felt very comfortable; the vegetarian cuisine was excellent, and the program was thoughtful and sensory. I realized a lot, felt nature, the breeze, the sound of water, and I started writing poetry again. Silence is a support for life for me; you just have to step into it to understand what this feeling provides.

I feel amazing, but it was difficult at first; I wanted to talk, but then something switched, and a deep silence settled within me. On the fourth day of the retreat, I experienced a sense of harmony with myself. The space we lived in was simply magnificent: wrapped in love, warmth, and care for each individual. I will wish all my acquaintances to go through this retreat; it will help you connect with yourself.

I rested. For the first time in a long while, I was able to sleep without looking at my phone. I fell asleep very early compared to my usual life. I had plenty of time for reflection and came up with many new ideas, both personal and related to global business. I would really like to repeat this experience.
