A long weekend reset for people who are used to holding a lot – work, family, movement between countries or roles, change, pressure, responsibility, – and who feel that the usual pace is no longer sustainable.

INNER TIDE
October 8-11, 2026
Not an escape from life, but a way to return to it differently
This event is not about becoming a better version of yourself.
It is about slowing down enough to reconnect with what is already there: your body, your clarity, your energy, your ability to respond rather than react.

Surfing is used as a direct experience. In the ocean, patterns around control, fear, effort, trust, frustration, and letting go can become visible quickly. Through coaching, reflection, somatic practice, yoga, reflection, rest, and practical tools for sleep, nutrition, and stress response, these experiences are translated into everyday life.

The aim is not a dramatic transformation or a peak experience that disappears when you return home. It is a reset: a felt glimpse of how life can be when you have space, presence, and practical ways to support yourself.
This retreat is for you if:
  • You’ve been taking care of work, family, relocation, or a demanding lifestyle but feel the pace is becoming harder to sustain.
  • You are functioning well on the outside and seem to have it all, but you are missing the joy of life.
  • You want rest, but not a passive holiday - a space where you can slow down, reflect, and return with something practical.
  • You are curious to learn about yourself through the connection with your body and the ocean.
What you may leave with
  • more options in how you react to urgency, and pressure
  • automatic reactions no longer shaping your choices
  • feeling more present, calm, and alive
  • connection to your inner tides to move in alignment with them
  • practical tools to have ownership over your sleep, nutrition, stress responses, and information space
  • becoming a part of supportive community of like-minded individuals
  • access to coaching and wellbeing support from facilitators after the program
Highlights of the Program
Inner Tide is built around three core pillars: body, ocean, and community. Each element has a different role, and together they create one learning process.
  • Experience: Ocean
Surfing is treated as a living mirror that reflects not only our physical movements but also our inner responses. In the water, you may begin to notice how you respond to uncertainty, fear, effort, control, frustration, and change — not as an abstract idea, but through direct experience that engages both your mind and body in a profound way.
  • Notice: Body
The physical body is where transformation becomes apparent. By engaging in body-based practices and yoga, you re-establish your connection with your body, observe its cues, acknowledge stress, and gain clearer insights into your physical needs. The body transforms into a space for listening, rather than a challenge to overcome.
  • Integrate: Community
Coaching bridges experience and everyday life. Through guided group reflection and shared conversations, you begin to recognise patterns in how you think, feel, and respond. We explore what your reactions reveal, how they show up beyond the ocean, and what becomes possible when you create a pause before responding.

Additionally, we offer
  • Spacious time for yourself
Free time is not a gap in the program — it is part of the method. You will have time to rest, walk, journal, be by the ocean, connect with others, or simply do nothing.
  • Digital detox
You will be invited to step back from constant availability, creating more space for uninterrupted attention, your own thoughts, and presence.
  • Nature
Time outdoors gently shifts attention away from constant doing toward being present with what is, with yourself and others.
  • Resourcing Your System
We see sleep, nutrition, and recovery as the foundation upon which resilience is built. This program invites you to understand how your everyday choices shape your clarity, energy, and capacity.
