On June 16 at 8 am (Lisbon time), Master Sarita will guide you into a world of silence and rejuvenation, helping you see things as they truly are. During this practice, you’ll turn off all gadgets and shift your focus from external distractions to inner peace.
Existential psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, yogini and spiritual mentor. Sarita received direct initiation into yoga arya along with the name Ma Prem Sarita Arya (from Sanskrit “River of Love”) in India in 2013. In her work with people, she combines psychotherapy, yogic practices, breathing exercises, meditation, and a logical vision of the world. This makes the result much more effective and quick, helping a person on all three levels - physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual. Currently conducting private personal and group practice, retreats and seminars around the world.
