• 6 rooms for guests
• 1 Studio (50m²) for teachers with a private bathroom, simple kitchen (cooking plate, sink, refrigerator), and 4 beds (additional beds available upon request)

Daily House Rental Fee: €800 per night
Total Rental Period: 4 nights
Total House Rental Cost:
€800x 4 nights = €3200

Studio for 3 nights 9th, 10th and 15th (Staff) = 100€/night x 3 = 300€

1 extra room for one person (room 1 on first floor with sea view and garden access and own bathroom) 9th, 10th and 15th = 80€/night x 3 = 240€

1 extra room room for two people (room 4 second floor own bathroom) just 15th = 80€
