About the atlas & sources +

The atlas draws on the Yachting Association of India, its 2026 racing calendar, club websites and government tourism resources. Each destination includes its source link. A naval or defence base does not imply open public access. “Check availability” means sailing is mentioned in a source, but a visitor fleet has not been confirmed.

ABOUT SAILING INDIA

Connecting people.
Developing sailing.

We connect the Indian and international sailing communities, particularly in Europe, develop partnerships and create our own projects. These include a sailing expedition from Mumbai to Goa to produce a photography book and coastal sailing guide. We also work towards forming Indian teams for international regattas and bringing major sailing events to India, including The Ocean Race.

Our media team provides sailing photography and video production. We also advise on marketing and communications and help brands find relevant sailing projects and sponsorship opportunities.
